THINK TEAMWORK, DISCIPLINE, AND EXCELLENCE…

There’s something about being an SCA Eagle. When we’re in the game, we’re tenacious, competitive and powerful. We don’t give up because we’re motivated by something other than winning: Christian excellence.

Seacoast Christian Academy places great emphasis upon a healthy and active lifestyle and encourages all students to participate in sports and after-school activities. Football, flag football, basketball, and baseball are open to boys, while flag football, basketball, volleyball and softball are available for girls. In addition, students may participate in the Pep Squad and Cheerleading.

Seacoast Christian Academy competes in the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA), Florida Christian Athletic League (FCAL) and Jacksonville Christian Athletic League (JCAL).

Arts

The Seacoast Fine Arts department includes Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Technical Arts. Each program is designed and focused on teaching technical skills and encouraging creativity.

Performing arts students are exposed to a wide range of dance styles and techniques, including, but not limited to, ballet, jazz, hip hop, acro-dance, modern, ballroom, folk and lyrical. Students are exposed to back-stage management and set design, sound engineering, lighting design and other aspects of live theater. SCA dance students have been accepted and offered full scholarships from such prestigious schools as the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Visual and Technical Arts students will develop a strong understanding of how to bring the arts to life through drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography.

Students showcase their talent at Christmas and Spring stage performances, as well as during chapel services, football games and community outreach.
